This comprehensive package handles every facet of your production, from financing and crewing to accounting and post-production wrap-out. We provide or source all the labor and services needed to complete your project, allowing you to focus on the creative vision while we manage the execution.

We recently put this model to the test on a mid-sized feature film. The production was initially slated for a 19-day shoot in Chicago. After running the numbers, the production made the strategic decision to relocate to Flyover Film Studios, utilizing our complete "Autopilot" service. The projected total savings were staggering—over $2.7 million of the GROSS budget.  The enhanced 40% Illinois Tax Credit for downstate productions was a significant benefit for the project, delivering additional tax credits compared to Chicago.

Flyover Film Studios has a range of pre-built “standing” sets. These carefully designed sets cater to various genres and production requirements, providing convenience and flexibility to filmmakers who need those hard-to-find sets. By offering ready-to-use sets, FLYOVER aims to streamline production processes, reduce costs and waste, and enhance the overall filmmaking experience for its clients.

Illinois has a 35% film tax credit, but at Flyover Film Studios we have a 40% tax credit (including an outside of Chicago 5% bump) with the potential of another 5% with the sustainability bump and an additional 5% bump for television series that are relocating to Illinois from another jurisdiction.
